If your enquiry concerns an active engagement, please include the project name in the subject line. Every message is read by an engineer rather than a sales team, and we will say plainly whether the work fits our bench.
Dawnpoint Labs LLC receives a small number of enquiries each week and answers each one personally. A principal engineer reads your message, checks it against the six services we run, and replies with either a scoping call suggestion or a clear explanation of why the work sits outside our bench. We would rather decline early than take on a programme we cannot staff properly.
When a scoping call is the right next step, we propose two or three times within the following week and allow forty five minutes. The call is a working conversation: we ask about the question you are trying to answer, the constraints your team already knows about, and the decision that depends on the result. No preparation deck is required from you, and we do not send one ourselves.
After the call we send a short written summary of what we heard, followed by a proposal if the fit is clear. Proposals describe objectives, deliverables, assumptions, schedule and fees in plain language, and they normally arrive within five business days. If you are comparing several engineering partners, the proposal is designed to make that comparison straightforward rather than to hide the important details in an appendix.

We accept a small number of new engagements each quarter. After a scoping call we normally return a written proposal within five business days, and a typical programme starts within three to four weeks depending on the mix of skills required.
Yes. Much of our research, integration and data platform work is delivered remotely. For usability and field trials we travel to your site, and we are happy to meet in Provo at our N University Pkwy office whenever that is useful.
You do. Unless a contract states otherwise, all code, designs, notebooks and documents produced during an engagement transfer to your organisation on completion, along with a handover session so your team can continue the work confidently.
